Incredible agent. If you want an agent who looks for properties that cater to your wants, she's who to go to. Even better is during the buying process, she keeps on too of requirements from not only the seller, but also the lender to ensure timelines are met. She was helpful and engaged throughout. The definitely works hard and made us feel valued.

Works extremely hard and was engaged throughout our buying process. She kept the timeline intact when there were issues with our lender and inspections. A fantastic amd trustworthy agent and one who I'd definitely recommend.

She was the agent listed on a house we were interested in, which we found out had already been sold. We weren’t really looking for an agent but she immediately asked what kind of house we were looking for, what area, price range, etc. She didn’t waste any time in sending us listings via text, etc. She stayed in close contact with us and on top of things until the end. If anything came up that was holding up progress, she would immediately contact us or whomever to get it resolved. She’s very knowledgeable of her job, very caring but yet professional. Based on our experience dealing with Theresa’s professionalism, we don’t see where she would ever do anything insidious to a client in a business transaction. It would be a far stretch in our imagination to believe that she would be ambiguous or disingenuous in a business transaction, based on the statements made on an earlier negative report posted, concerning Theresa Cooke. It seems like six months ago she had a very happy customer and six months later the customer is unhappy which doesn’t have anything to do with Theresa. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and highly recommend Mrs. Theresa Cook as an agent. Thank you Theresa for making our buying experience a great one and for making it a smooth transaction!

Theresa searched for several houses for us to look at that would perfectly meet our needs. She found this house that was not finished being remodeled. But, I happened to see a negative review and couldn't disagree more with our experience with Theresa Cook. She's spent several months with us searching as far East as Summerfield, North into Munford, and South into South Memphis. She was patient, she listened to our wants and provided multiple listings to look at. We ended up finally finding a great house in Millington and she definitely looked after our best interests. Even after buying, she gave us multiple references for fixing the issues we had with our house and even gave great recommendations to dress it up (several of which we used). Before Theresa, we had tried working with several other realtors and none of them treated us as well as Theresa. She went to bat multiple times, offering offers she knew we wouldn't get, and even voiced her concerns on some of the properties. She did an excellent job and I'd recommend her to anyone here.

Theresa is very responsive to your needs and works hard to achieve the goals you are looking for. I enjoyed Theresa's "Get the job done attitude" while working with her. I have, and will, continue to recommend Theresa to anyone I encounter needing an agent.

Mrs. Cook is wonderful and I strongly recommend her.
